VTX - one year
Sapphire, Gigabyte, Powercolor, HIS - two years
XFX - two years OcUK Premium
Asus - three years (plus Voltage Tweak)
Different BIOSes.
Availability - obviously (Sapphire in stock tomorrow, XFX soon, no news on Asus and others)
Bundles - not sure if all include codes for DIRT 2.
