If I was buying one I'd go for the HIS IceQ cooler. I've had one before and they are probably the best coolers on the market.

Surpised no one mentioned yet, but with new gen cards around the corner, it might not be a good idea to go for a 6950 2GB now.
Even even if AMD is is releasing 7850/7870 first before the flagship 7950/7970, the chances are that they will be as fast as 6950, but with lower power consumption and less heat due to moving from 40nm process onto 28nm process (and possibly even more overclocking headroom)...and the price would most likely be at sub-£150 level. Even if not getting new gen card, the new gen card will put the 6950 down to the EOL pricing, like how the 5850 that was at £200 ish price point drop to £125~£130.
