Best £700 build

Hi,

I'm looking for a build for around £700. Hapy to go a bit higher if it's good VFM.
Is there anything that can be improved on this build for a similar price?

My monitor is 1440P which I appreciate the 1060 may struggle with but happy to scale down the graphics a bit rather than jump to a 1070 for the extra £££

You should have access to the members market, so have you thought about staking it out for a second hand 980Ti or similar?
