Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940) is good and cheap and fairly quiet. In a test in some magazine in reduced the cpu temp by 19 degree than compared to the amd hsf.
Gigabyte G-Power Pro (Socket A/754/939/478/775) Cooler is a bit more expensive but cooled the cpu (in the same test) to 24 below the amd hsf(when on max speed - quite noisy too).
There was another one mentioned - will try to find out what it was -which was also recommended but sounds like a plane taking off!!
I plumped for the AC freezer 64 pro and am more than happy with its performance for the price. :)

will this cause any problems

Thermalright SI/XP 120 + an Akasa 120mm fan, not only quiet but lowered my CPU temps over the Artic Freezer 64 by nearly 10 degrees.
Doh! :( Note to self.....Ask on forum before buying based on magazine research!!
Still for its price i can't complain.

I've got mine in a thermaltake soprano which is roughly the same size, it doesn't take up as much room as you might think, I'll take a photo of it later.

Another vote for the SI-120 here, try and source a Panaflo 120mm fan for it instead of the Akasa ones though. Shouldn't have a problem fitting it on your board, looks like theres loads of space for it:)

Heres my temps with it on my [email protected] with 1.475V...

what about a delta :D (as i said noise isnt a problem). the pc's in an attic and i use a headset which will drowned out most b/g noise

Not sure if the 120mm delta will fit, it's 38mm wide and the clips might not go over it,

The clips only go over the bottom set of wholes, not over the whole fan like the old version. The Panaflo I'm using is a 38mm one...

You don't really need the Delta on there, the Panaflo will do the job fine, the Delta will just make extra unnecessary noise.
