There are 3 revisions of that board. The board has no m.2 slots, and only one PCIe x16 slot that would be able to take it in a PCIe to M.2 adaptor, so you won't be able to use a GPU card if you want the m.2 card plugged in.
Any PCIe to m.2 adaptor should be fine, it doesn't do anything besides link the small m.2 connector to 4 lanes on the a larger PCIe slot via some wires in the PCIe card.

could u possible link me one and i currently have a tp link wirelss adapter in the pcie slot as well

Just get a SATA SSD. Unless your running programs that write and right a Lot of data at once or consistently for long periods of time your not going to see any benifit apart from booting windows 2 seconds quicker
