Best ADHESIVE thermal pads ?

Looking to attach small ceramic heatsinks and expecting better adhesive thermal tape is available than what is supplied but where do you find it ?. Most are not adhesive. Where are the tests like they do with thermal pastes ?

I always used to use Akasa thermal tape and never had a heatsink fall off. The trick is to thoroughly clean both surfaces with IPA before using the tape. Where can you pick up ceramic heatsinks from?

... Best in the way of thermal conductivity I should have said. Just search ebay for 'ceramic heatsink'.
