Just got myself a Pico Neo 3 Link for £190 after my long serving Odyssey+ died - sad moment!
Got to say, I'm impressed with the Neo. Only got it as a stop gap but think I might keep using it for a while. Obviously a step up from the Odyssey+ in terms of resolution and performs great when wired. Have yet to try out standalone - and will be my first time doing so in any headset...
Only downside, and it's quite a prominent one, are the black levels. I mainly sim race - blacks are fine in normal day running but night running is such a compromise compared to the OLED Odyssey+. If I was playing a space sim or doing a lot of night based flight sim'ing, it would be a deal breaker I think.
Current alternative options are the Crystal Light with local dimming (I don't think I would buy Pimax any time soon having said that!) and PSVR2 when the dongle is available - quite tempted by that but shame some of the key features are missing on PC. Otherwise, it would be a case of waiting to see what gets released in the future.
