Hey guys,

what would be any reccomendations from you for the best gfx card i can get for my AGP slot with £160, I shall be doing CAD and games and am really lost in the minefields of gfx stores. Please help...

p.s. this is my budget and it cannot be increased so please reccomend within the budget.
 
ATI X800 GTO 256mb for ~£120ish or an Nvidia 6800gs 256mb which will cost you nearer to ~£160. The Nvidia is the better card but I'd say the ATI was more cost effective and offers nearly the same performance, if you want to go secondhand then you have more options.
