Hey guys i would like to ask what would be the best CPU AIO cooler currently on the market.

I am going to have i7 5930k. I already checked and did some research i think i would like some 360mm as I can fit it in case on top but i would like to know if you guys know The best overall for overclocking and not too much noisy.(Under 40dba)

Thank you for any suggestions.

Something like the Corsair H110i Gt I would think is one of the best, and the one im going for when I do my new build on the 17th. I will be changing the fans on it though for a pair of SP140's. Will be interested to see what other coolers people prefare .

There are no SP140s yet, only SP140 LEDs. The stock fans on the H110i GT are actually really good if you are ok using PWM control or Corsair Link.

Had the corsair h105 with 4 corsair sp quiet the cpu ran mega cool for little more noise, now ive upgraded to the corsair h 110 GT and ive got 4 140mm corsair sp leds coming tomorrow so I can let you know how it goes temp wise.

Raijintek Triton AIO Water Cooling Solution <- Got one in my system, it's fantastic!

Be warned though, the instructions and no named screws are a ****

Swiftech H220-X or H240-X are the best no only for noise and cooling, but the pump, radiator, fans & waterblock are also much better quality .. and it's not CLC .. meaning you can add & change coolant, add & change components, etc.

Or get one of the OcUK water cooling kits, assemble and fill.

Sorry to hijack the thread

But you seem to know your stuff when it comes to heatsink/cooling doyll :p What are your thoughts on the best 120mm/single RAD AIO (quietness being the main concern) atm for <£90?

I currently have a gelid tranquillo rev. 2 with an akassa apache 120mm fan.

Only one I've used is H80 .. and it was okay I guess. Not a great cooler and not as quiet as a good air cooler for less money.

I don't have any other experience with them so can't in good faith suggest any. If you could use a 140, then the Swiftech S140-X

If you have room, a good air cooler will give better cooling to cost performance.

OcUK sell a 120mm radiator kit for £105.05. No idea how good / bad it is.

This is a good kit for the money. The pump is the weakspot in there, it looks like an XSPC X2O 420 from what I see. That CPU block in the picture is the EK Supremacy MX but the specs say it is an older Supreme LX so I am not sure. Either way, this is what I would go with myself.

As far as best single 120mm CLC for the money? I'd say Corsair H75 that comes with 2 fans and a radiator that doesn't need high speed fans anyway. So tone both fans down to ~1200 RPM and call it a day with decent performance.

Thanks vsg28.

Nexus18,
So you have room for at least a 125x99x153mm cooler.
Why complicate things with more moving parts and water if you have the room for a good air cooler?

If you have more room you could go with a bigger air cooler and have both better cooling and less noise.

I know, air coolers are still the better option but the AIO just look so much neater/cooler :p :o I currently have an antec P100 but quite fancy going with a smaller build at some point in the future, perhaps something like that phanteks evolve case.

I don't think I will bother with a new cooler though, since reapplying the thermal paste, my temps are pretty good and I don't think I would see any substantial improvement unless I went with something like the DH15 or the H1xx AIO coolers.

Different strokes. I prefer the look of air cooler or a full on custom loop with rigid tubing. :D

There are 14-20 cooler that are only 3-4c apart NH-D15, Silver Arrow IB-E, PH-TC14PE, R1 Ultimate are the top coolers that I know of, but even the old NH-D14 and original Silver Arrow with better fans are just as good. NH-D15 is only better than NH-D14 because it's fans move more air. Put the NF-A15 1500rpm PWM fans on the NH-D14 and it's as good .. maybe a degree better.
