I've been googling the best AIO for the i9 13900K and I swear every result suggests a different product.

Is there a generally accepted best AIO? I don't care about LCD displays etc, I just want raw cooling performance.

And what are the best 120mm fans to go with it?

I found the same results as you, didn't know what to believe. Wouldn't be suprised if they are getting sponsored to pick the winners. I went with the AF2 360 which does a grand job. The trick with the 13900k is is to get the voltages in check and don't use the auto/Out of the box defaults

Rads are thick on these so make sure your case is suitable. I have to front mount the 360 on the 5000d. Not enough room at the top.
Exactly. The inly way I managed was to have the fans outside, between the top and the top (removable) panel, as pull. Worked fine, but ideally, you’re better off installing at the front.
Regarding the 420mm version, the 7000D will do. Easily. Had for a while and was perfect. Using a 360mm AIO on the 7000D would look silly, at best. Is a case for 420mm radiators or plenty of fans and big GPU.

Biggest differences between aios are the fans. If money is no object, get a deepcool lt720 and replace the fans with the t30 120.

120 fans have better static pressure than 140 fans, so a 360 aio with top fans will perform better / very similarly to a 420 aio with top fans.

If besides price, noise isnt a concern either you get a 420 aio with 3 silvertone fhp141 fans and go to town

So you're saying the best 120mm fans with the deepcool lt720 are better (as an overall package), even with a thinner heatsink, than the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 because there's not many great 140mm fans?

im going for an arctic freezer 2 420mm too, settled on the lancool iii so i can mount up top. Thermals of the case seem pretty good according to the last mass case GN review.

Yeap. Besides that there arent any great 140mm yet, even when they arrive they will still be inferior for radiators. 120mm offer better static pressure.

Notable exception is the silverstone fhp141 but those are 38mm thick fans. And are noisy. But the lf2 with these puppies will roar.
