I'm not a fan of AIO cooler in general but they do offer one advantage and it's one I'm in need of. That is space, specifically space around the CPU socket.

So, that in mind, which is the best AIO cooler for a SB-E (may go Haswell-E soon, -ish)?

After a quick look I narrowed it down to a Corsair H100i or H105. Are these any good? H105 looks best to me as it's a thicker rad, would I be right?

Is there anything better?

I do plan to go custom loop when I can be bothered (have most of the bits) so this isn't a super long term so don't want to spend silly money on it.

Thanks.

Get the refurbished h100 and add fans on push/pull.
That will cost you 40£ + 2 fans, so around 55£ total.
Probably best thing to do.

That's not a bad idea actually.
Little worried about the refurbished units though, especially if it's going on my most expensive CPU. Definitely tempting though...

What fans are recommended these days?
I believe the H100 rad has a high fpi count so will need something with high static pressure?
