Best aio to 13900k

Hi

What is currently the best aio 360 or 420 to cool 13900k? Apart from the LC. I was thinking of an EK Elite RGB 360 push and pull option with 6 phanteks t30 fans.

Contact frame is recommended for the z790 motherboard as it was for z690 motherboards or not necessarily? Is it hard to install a contact frame?

Going push pull especially with what your thinking of buying is not cost effective at all unless your going to use the RGB fans as your case fans, get the arctic liquid freezer ii and change the fans if you still want to use the T30.

I understand, so the push and pull option does not make sense? In that case, which aio currently on the market is the best? Artic Liquid freezer ii 420 drgb (unfortunately without rgb it will be available only at the end of the year) or Alphacool eisbaer aurora 420mm, or some other? Arctic Freezer II 420 will fit the Apex Z790 motherboard, does anyone know? Because I know that there was a problem with Apex Z690, I can't find information on how things are with Apex Z790

I installed a contact frame on my Z690 board to pair with a 12700k overclocked and boy did it improve temps! I thought they were okay anyway to begin with but with the frame installed im seeing even better temps!

Temps dropped from 95-96c R23 bench at a 5.0ghz pcore and 3.8 ecore to 78-79c on the same settings!

I've now been able to push to 5.1ghz at just over 82c with a 5.1ghz overclock at 1.35v. I think with abit of luck i could probs go abit higher still but its diminishing returns.
