Best Air Cooler

From doing quite a few searchs on the forum, i've beening trying to find the best air cooler out at the mo.

This cooler seems to be brought up a lot.

Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Cooler (Socket AM2/LGA775)
Noctua NF-S12 1200RPM 120mm Silent Case Fan - 3 Pin

However, i've just had a look on the OC UK site and this looks like a new arrial.

Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Cooler (Socket AM2/LGA775)

I did look at the Titan but thats has got very mixed reviews...

Its going on a E6850, i'm hoping to get around 3.8 - 4.0Ghz

I would go for the Ultra120 Extreme with a different fan like a Scythe 1600rpm

I would go for the vanilla version of the Ultra 120 though. It is much cheaper atm and there is no much difference with the extreme version.
