Best all in on solution hdmi converter

Hi

I recently got a new TV, it only has hdmi ports so I have no option for my retro consoles, I do aim to get a crt at some point.

I have a cheap hdmi converter but its not the best, anyone got any suggestions for a converter that will do a decent job for nes through to ps2

I use an OSSC with my retro consoles and computers (PS2, PC Engines, Dreamcast, Amiga etc). There’s no perceivable lag and it works perfectly. A perfect partner for the cables linked above. Check it out.

With this could I use the original cables to start with and then slowly build up with the better cables?

Thanks for the help, im happy to build to a better picture over time so may go this route
