Best alternative to iTunes.

Not for me but for my Bro, basically wanting something that he can sync his iPod too, with the ability to rip CD's etc built within it...anything match this?.

Foobar2000 has a iPod organiser componenent available, not sure how compatible it is though. I'm pretty sure it can rip CD's too.

I use Foobar and CDBurnerXP.

You will need a couple of apps for your iPod which you can find here.

I use Winamp, the built in iPod control is quite good, or Google mlipod.DLL plugin for more control options.

Foobar is hard to beat imo.

Ive used Foobar before but just as a player, didn't realise it had iPod abilities built in ( not something I really have had to look into), will pass it on so many thanks!
