Best AMD CPU for this board?

I want to use a new old stock MB as a spare PC running Win 7 64 bit, which CPU will give the best bang for the buck that I may still find new (I am a bit wary of used ones....) from this application listing please, and with 4 gig of memory what type is best, I am unsure about using two of the fastest the bumpf is not very clear to me, thanks
