I haven't seen a thread along these lines so please let us know what your best and worst Easter eggs for 2018 were.

I've heard people comment in the past that Cadbury's chocolate has gone downhill in recent years and I always dismissed that but this year I have to agree. It's hard to describe what it tastes like this year. Sort of grainy, brown lard.

Best egg I got was a Thorntons Continental one which tasted like actual chocolate and was quite thin which was actually a positive.

How about you?

If you're a health Nazi please ignore the thread.

I got a lovely M&S dark chocolate one a couple of years ago. No amounts of blatant hints later and another year goes by eggless. If it's milk chocolate I'd rather bin it tbh

Yeah - I had a Cadbury's chocolate egg set thingy given to me by work (we all got Easter eggs at work) - while I wouldn't say it was that bad it certainly wasn't a patch on what they used to be - the chocolate was grainy and the inside of the cream egg was bland.

Total opposite here - can't stand dark chocolate and it also gives me migraines for some reason - I'd rather have milk.

Malteasers or Galaxy have overtaken Cadburys for me. Dairy Milk used to be top but Kraft have murdered it with their "cocoa mix" substitute crap in a lot of products.

Then they had the audacity to tell us we liked the cheaper swap out better.

Had a Cadburys Creme Egg one and both the egg and Creme Eggs both tasted same as I always remember.

Got a Thornton's egg as a gift, the egg itself was pretty bland, haven't touched much of it. But the normal chocolates were so moorish - devoured 5 in one sitting. Then I had a Galaxy Golden Egg, which were pretty nice since Galaxy sometimes is. Also had half a Cadbury's hollow egg which they have the best flavour I think.

Google Cadbury Daim inclusions Giant Egg!

I should have shared! concluding eating it quickly over a few days is better for me.... hah

Well i got a basic Cadbury egg with 3 chocolate bars, except there was some sort of factory mistake and it came with 9 :D:D:D
