Best Android Parental Control App?

My 11 year old daughters phone has been decided on, so which parental control app is best?

There seems to be many to choose from and I want something robust. For example do they record deleted messages etc? Still have a lot of issues with the ex and suspect all kinds of nonsense that my daughter may try to hide so not to upset me, the poor kid.

Reviews seem to say it's rather basic and lacking features, having a record of text exchanges for example is important as her mum has been known to say some horrific things that leave my daughter upset.
