best android phone for £150?

As title really. On three PAYG or no sim unlocked as she has a sim only contract on three. The missus hates her Samsung Galaxy Gio and wants an upgrade. I've already recommended the Xperia U but she hates that for some reason. So any recommendations except that one?

I like the Sony Experia U, had it a few months and it is imo the best of the cheaper phones if you can still get it around the £130-£150 mark

Decent screen, really good camera, 1ghz processor and android 4.

Doesn't really have much in the way of compromises at this price point.

I bought one of these sim-free online for my dad for Christmas.. it's on Android 2.3 and states that there are no updates. How did you get it onto Android 4?

You have to download the sony update software and do manually but it is there and it is the offical sony release.

Took a bit of faffing but plenty of threads thrown up on google.
