I was planning on getting one of the new Google Pixel phones but when I saw the price I was shocked especially when compared to how much the old Nexus phones cost. So I'm on the look out for a new Android phone. I have about £300 - £350 budget for a new phone.

I have no idea about what are good Android phones in that price range though. Does anyone have any suggestions for me at all? I'd like one preferably with the latest version of Android if at all possible and preferably from a company that keeps their version of Android updated for as long as possible.

So does anyone have any suggestions at all?

Thanks for any help :).

The only phone with the latest version of Android is the Pixel phone.
Oneplus 3 would be a good choice £336 from O2,running 6.1 Android but will recieve the 7 update at some point.

What about a 2nd-hand Nexus 6P? Will get the latest Android updates for a while yet and there will be quite a few on the market as people sell to buy the new Pixel.

No contest - OnePlus 3.

Generally everyone that has got one is very happy with their purchase.

It will get NOUGAT I'm sure, just have to wait a few months. It get's security updates every month so that's not an issue.

Sounds good. I'll see if I can get one. The price sounds right from looking at the o2 store. I'll do some reading into and make a decision. It should be much better than my current phone which is a Nexus 4.
