Best Android Tablet for £150 (ish)???

Hi All

My mum is looking to get herself a new tablet to replace her Nexus 7 (gen 1) and has a budget of about £150.

Looking to stay at the same sort of size, though possibly a little larger if there's something really decent out there, what are the best options at this sort of price range?

Thanks guys, I did wonder if that was still the best but being a couple of years old now I wasn't sure if there might be anything better.

Nexus 9 is £200 if you can up the budget a wee bit.

But £99 for a 32gb N7 is fantastic value.
