as above, what's the best way please? Been on ATi for a while who include it in the drivers.

What's a decent clock for one of the cheapo 192 core ones that were on offer last week?
 
RivaTuner, or EVGA Precision, which is like RivaTuner but with the advanced stuff chopped out.

They should work on Win7, but I can't say for definite.
