Best audio conversion software?

Whats the best software that I can use to convert any audio file to any other audio file type? I already have all the codecs installed so all I need to be able to do in the program is to configure the codec settings and convert.

Switch

^works pretty well, although you're likely to lose some quality during conversion (whether its noticable or not is another thing)

Dbpower amp said I didn't have the codecs installed. Which is strange considering I've been using them.

Having MAJOR problems converting, in Winamp the flac files appear ok and tagging is correct. But with dbpoweramp and switch the tags are messed up.

I need a OGG copy of my music collection for my DAP, but I can't even convert FLAC to OGG's :confused:
