Best backup program?

As title really, What is the best backup program?

I would like to backup the entire contents of my current Seagate 60GB and move operations to my newly acquired 320GB Western Digital Cavair.

The problem is that I was using Seagate disc wizard to do the backup (which is fine because it was a Seagate HDD that I was backing up!) but when I inserted the Western Digital Cavair HDD Seagate disc wizard only tells me then it that it will not restore to a non Seagate or Maxtor HDD. So what I need is a very good program which is able to do a full backup of my HDD that will be compatible with my WD320GB. :o

Is Norton Ghost any good or is there anything better?

If you make a boot CD from within DiscWizard and run the operation from the boot CD, will doing it that way let you restore to a non Seagate/Maxtor HDD?
