Which software is decent for backing up Windows Small business server 2003 with?

Anyone know which would be best?

NTbackup is free, but only works well with standalone tape drives.
If you are using an autoloader, then you will have to pay money for a backup product, unless you want the pain of using removable storage to handle your media.

Other thing to bear in mind with NTbackup is that it includes the agent for Exchange, which is often an extra for paid backup software.

One to look at is www.bakbone.com, good product and easy to use, but expensive.
However Overland are doing some good OEM deals with the Arcvault range of tape libraries. I got NetVault and a 12 slot autoloader with an LTO3 drive for £3500

I'm not sure what software we have, as I don't deal with it but I assume it is what came with the Auto-tape loader.

We have 14 Tapes. One for every day, the previous weeks backup tapes are put into a fireproof box in the safe otherside of site just incase anything goes wrong. We did have a server managing our backups, but it caused us so many problems, so we invested into the tapes.
