Best backup software?

Hey guys,

I currently use the windows backup feature, but I am sure there are other pieces of software that do a much better job. Basically I would like to backup two different computers on the same external hard drive. What is the best piece of software for back ups?

Full computer backups probably Acronis True image or Norton Ghost although the Windows backup one is fine.

If it's just files I tend to just use Fastcopy and do it manually, I'm too paranoid to leave it up to anything else!

but personally i still use the windows one, i just do a system image every month onto an external drive

Sadly Acronis isnt. But what it offers in ability and ease of use its well worth it.

For that kind of backup (the OS), I would use Macrium Reflect which is free...

If just file/folders, then CobianBackup or SyncBack Freeware

May aswell throw SyncBack into the mix, used it for ages and its always been my preferred option.
