I recently bought a an Apple Time Capsule and it's happily backing up my Macs without problem.

Since there's plenty of free space left, I'd also like the backup the media on my Windows PC. However, I'm struggling to find the rest software to do it.

What I'd like:
- Able to back up a single folder
- Very NAS friendly (the folder is around 1TB and the Windows PC is connected over 802.11n)
- Automated, scheduled backups

Free is good but I'm willing to pay up to around £30. I've tried Bonkey but even incremental backups with it over WiFi are incredibly slow.

Any suggestions? Windows' built-in backup software doesn't work as the Time Capsule isn't formatted with NTFS.

@Max SyncUp. It does backup to NAs as you need. It has useful features to select files for backup or to except them (masks, filters) and allows recovering files individually. It copies open and locked files (shadow copy) too. It works automatically according your schedule. Not only backup but synchronization of files is available.
