Best bang for buck 2.1 system

Roth Audioblobs 2 get good reviews and after a recent price drop are even more popular. Infact just ordered myself some.

Wow, just checked the Roth Audioblob 2 out and one site has slashed 100 pounds of the original price :eek::eek::eek::eek:

i have the logitech Z-2300 system. Mid range isnt so great but the bass is immense, play COD4 on these things sound like all out war!

Ended up getting the roth audioblob. Such a nice system.

Mine are coming tomorrow (well Citylink are delivering, may not ;)), it is bound to be a step up from a £7 5.1 system from Netto (the static is so bad even when nothing is on that it's louder than my antec 900 with 2 extra fans). Shame I don't have a sound card yet to get the best out of the.

lol thats what i always say. I was in the market however, and i think for that price, the deal is unbeatable. Obviously that depends on your taste.

Well sound wise they are truly amazing and crystal clear. The bass is even better and the fact that I actually needed new speakers makes it one of the best purchases for my PC. Got to say though I did not expect the subwoofer to be so big, not in a bad way mind it's just that my previous one was half the size of this. I now also have a soundcard on the way and that's when they should really shine. I read in some reviews that it's hard to connect the speakers to the wires, but I figured it out myself in under a minute without even reading a manual, so not sure what those fools are on about.

While I can't compare these to any other £50 2.1s all I can say is that the sound is simply amazing and for the price these are a steal.

Just got some Creative T40s as my old Creative 5.1s died.

Although only 2.0 (no sub), I'd highly recommend them. They sound really good. Surprisingly good bass considering they don't have a sub too.

They also look sweet when you take the covers off. :D

Can be had for £65.

There's also the lower T20 model (still supposed to be great speakers), which are around £50 if you want something even cheaper.

I believe that would be a competitor since most of those sites sell some of the stuff that OCUK have. Google shopping is your friend.
