Best 'bang for buck' cooler

I know a lot of people will say the Arctic freezer 64 pro, but is the Thermaltake Blue Orb II any good? Both cost about the same. Gonna be sitting on either an X2 4400+ or Opty 170 (depends which one will be cheaper in the next two months).

had no experience with the freezer 64s
but the freezer 7 pros for uintels kick ass !
i put one on my brothers PC.
nothing short of bang for buck mate !
