Best bang for buck cpu/mobo/ram

Thinking about shifting my cpu, mobo and ram and upgrading to one of the intel i series. My question is, would should i expect to have to pay for the upgrade and would it be worth it? Also what cpu/mobo/ram combo should i be looking at. Obviously looking to keep the price its going to cost me to a minimum so dont mind going 2nd hand.

would have to spend a lot to get a good performance increase.

Agree with Stulid, what you've got atm will do you fine, you'd be much better off waiting for the next socket releases.

Ah ok sweet, il probs save up for an SSD but ive got a 360 S and watercooling to do first
