Best bargain laptop?

I'm still quite amazed at how cheap technology and especially laptops have become for what they do..

What would you say is the best value for money laptop at the moment?
 
Depends on the requirements of your laptop really.

Can be a bargain getting under 14" for under £400 etc.

Or if you want good gfx, etc.

If it were me, one of best value for money would have to be the Asus 701 Series IMHO.
 
For anything really, gaming or general use etc.

I just think there's a lot more on offer at the moment at a more affordable price than there ever has been, and I was wondering exactly what people thought was the best value for money laptop.

I'll probably be getting myself a cheap one soon just for internet/word processing, i've got a gaming setup already so there's no point spending loads.
 
Theres a few good spec Acer's around.

Im not touching another HP product myself.

EeePC, most Dell's are good now, also the Belinea on OcUK looks pretty nifty.
