I have a Logitech G700 winging its way to me and I was wondering whats the best re-chargeable battery I can stuff in its bum?

I dont fully understand all this '2400mAh' stuff. I would just like a badass premium quality battery that lasts for ages. The best avaliable infact.

Could you kind souls help me out? I'm told the standard battery is a bit poverty spec.

Its an 'AA'

Cheers

2400 aint too bad tbh

althou personally, i go for Ansmann 2850's

just be aware that not all chargers are capable of charging up batteries that powerful

Cycrow, cheers mate checking that out. The 2400mAh I quoted was just a figure I plucked out of thin air, I dont know the G700's battery spec yet, just thats its a bit poor.

stulid I was kinda hoping you would post here, but not with that pants reply you numpty :D

Eneloops. Wonderful batteries, hold their charge for donkeys when not in use. Not sure how they'd function in a mouse, haven't tried them, but I use them for cameras, flashguns, and my keyboard.

Been googling (batteries! yes I'm sad) and as previously said Enloops are apparently 'the shizzle' :p They now do a 2500mAh version too.

Now looking for a cheap charger thats upto the job and shuts itself off when done.

Thanks for the help :)

+1 for Sanyo Eneloops. Got some for my old Digi camera and they just lasted and lasted, totally blew Energiser out of the water despite the Energiser having a higher capacity.

I do believe that Duracell rechargeables use the same technology as Eneloops, as do some other manufacturers.

BTW, does the mouse actually come with a rechargeable battery?

i only ask becuase i got a new camera and when you put in new batteries, it asks what type of battery it is (rechargeable, disposable, etc) becuase the way it draws the power is different.

if the mouse is expecting disposable and you put in rechargeable, it might not last al long as you expect - that is what happened when i put rechargeables in the wiimote :p

Yes come with a 2000mAh AA rechargable apparently :)

i would buy this:

"Energizer 1Hour Battery Charger Fast-charging Accu with 4x AA 2450mAh Batteries -£17.99"

from a well known jungle e-tailer ;)

- comes with a charger
- comes with good batteries higher capacity than stock

:D

Already purchaced:

4x 2500mAh Eneloops
1x Panasonic intelligent charger (only does 2 at a time tho :/ no biggie)

= £18 del :) but ta anyways :)

Tonight I mostly learned about batteries... no wonder I dont get any sex anymore :p I'm sure I could rectify this with my new found battery knolege however :p
