what do you normally use? use that and if performance goes up its a win. you will not get double tho

If you just want to prove that SLI is working, there's an option in the nvidia control panel that will put an overlay on the screen any time SLI is being used.
Another indicatior is just look at the temps of the card. If they both go up when you're playing a game, SLI is running.
