What is the best overall benchmark to use for CPU, Memory and Graphics?

I know ones like Heaven exist for Graphics and SuperPI for CPU but is there one like 3D Mark 06 that does the lot? Is it Vantage?

To check if an overclock is stable I would really suggest Prime95.

Passes Prime and Intel Burn Test. IBT gives overclock a much harsher testing

Yes Vantage will test pretty much everything in your machine, right down to the hard drives

Does Vantage include hard drives in the overall score?
