best bios ASUS RIVE

whats the best bios to be running on the asus RIVE currently on 1404 is it wise to update to the latest ??

any help much appreciated

Is this a double post??? I just answered this somewhere else on the forum!!!!

I use 1005 and 1101 in my rig both 24/7 and for benching. These are in my opinion the best performing.

yeah bud think i had it in my other post thought it would be better to ask thee man himself in the correct section reason i was asking was when i try to set up raid on my agility 3 ssds it comes up with an error on 1 of the drives yes when using the drive normally the drives both work fine no issues both have latest firmware and have done health checks on them with nothing coming back could this be bios related or possibly win 8 had them running on win 7 with no issues previously

Windows 8 is the culprit here. Dont bother changing OS till at least the first SP.

have reverted back to win 7 ultimate still have the error so it looks like a suspect ssd works fine when i have then in ahci mode minute you have them in raid i get an error occured typical ocz agility's think its time to get rid of them what would you recommend changing over to what ssds work well in raid format

Samsung are great SSD's. I use them and Intel. You dont really need raid on this platform. I hate the drivers if I am honest.
