Best Bios setting for PC-8500 Ram

I have 2x1GB Crucial Ballistic PC-8500 ram and I not sure how to configure the bios for this memory when overlocking a Q6600.
I currently have it set the FSB set to 333mhz to give me a 3ghz clock speed for the processor and the RAM is DDR-1111 and then the PC POSTS it reports the memory is PC-7100 is that right?
a lot of people say it is better to run the ram at 1:1 which I take to mean I should set it to DDR-667. It is that right?
What is better for performance?

PC8500 will be a lot faster at 1066mhz than at 667mhz. There's really no need to run 1:1 with Intel boards.

And PC7100 would only be 887mhz.

From what I've learned recently...

At 333Mhz FSB, any memory speed over DDR2-667 (PC2-5300) won't make much difference as you'll be FSB limited.

I think you'd be better off running the memory at 667Mhz (1:1) and seeing if you can reduce the timings instead. This would yield better results than running the memory faster than the FSB.
