I've been using Azureus for ages on Tiger but recently switched to Transmission which gives me the same transfer rates but uses less resources, it's like uTorrent but for OSX, dead easy to use too.
What do people want from a BitTorrent client? Genuine question.. Transmission runs super fine for me now that they've sorted the bugs, has encryption, and you don't have to fuss with a million settings when you configure it.
Tried the latest (1.06) build last night and downloaded 7 files in great time, no hassles, and it wasn't a hog
That said, Tomato Torrent is great, but it's been abandoned..
I use Transmission as well. I like how lightweight it is. Dunno if it's on any other clients but I also like how it doesn't let my machine sleep until the transfers are over. Setting it up with the energy settings in OSX = no more leaving it on overnight which I think is really cool
