Best Blu Ray Review/ Discussions sites/forums?

Im looking to ensure I get the best transfers and releases. Where can I look?

One point in particular is that I can see a lot of steelbooks being released, but they are often 1disc versions when the non-steelbook versions are often 2 disc with a load of extras!

Where can I find definitive release histories for, say, a DVD.

Its annoying as I cannot even seem to find a resource which lists extras on a dvd
