best board and memory for an e6600 plz

as title, im looking to go core2 and my main worry is what is the best board for this chip, i will be overclocking and some good reccomendations as far as memory 2 gb and ill be using my current 7900 extreme edition graphics card for the time being any advice will be much appreciated

sry big wayne i havent a clue about new intel set ups, the system i use currently is an amd socket 939 its the first machine i built myself and unfortunately thats all i know hence im asking on this forum
