I'm after a book for a friend who has just been given a MacBook Pro for Christmas but has always used windows.

Any recommendations? I'm heading to an apple store this afternoon so could pick one up from there :)

Cheers :D

I don't know of any books but I didn't find moving to OSX from Windows to be too difficult. Anything I couldn't work out was solved by Google of posting here.

Try O'Reily Mac OSX Snow Leopard: the missing manual.
ISBN 9780596153281.

I'm reading it at the moment, I've been using os x for quite a few years in all format, and its a nice little recap, but it does show some useful tricks.

After recently moving as well I found most things are really straight forward. For things I didn't know (mostly keyboard shortcuts - where is the print screen button!?!?!) then a quick google resolved them.

I can also testify that after Windows I kept trying to go a long way about things where if you try something simple it might just suprise you and work!
