What are the best Boss Fights you’ve seen in games and what made them so good?

I loved this one. Music and story does it for me for most.

The original metal gear solid with the boss where you had to change controller port on the console so he couldn't read your mind, genius.

Diablo have had some good ones over the years

Too easy even with high grifts

Not sure about d1/2

I've never played it, but some of the boss fights in Asura's Wrath look quite something. Wyzen in particular.

Seems to be a QTE based thing, though. But at least it's a phenomenally OTT one
