best budget cpu cooler

hi guys as above, what would you get to cool a Q6600?
under £20 if possible, but £25 max
also height has to be under 130mm

i probably will go with the freezer 13.
i have had a look at lots of others, but i am severly limited by the height factor

I got a 92mm OCZ Gladiator fairly recently, it's slightly smaller than my old Akasa 965 but looks pretty nice and performs well with 4 direct touch heatpipes.

the case has a bloody big side fan, thats 25mm deep.
the case itself is only 200mm wide, then there is the gaps at side for wiring etc...

but i changed my mind.

i bought a tuniq tower 120 anyway.
i decided to take the side fan off, and mount it on the outside.
i know it will look a bit silly, but i would rather have a decent cpu cooler.
nobody else sees the case except for my kids
