Best Budget Monitor for Editing?

I'm a bit out of touch with monitors at the mo but the Dell seems a solid choice, assuming standard gamut is what you want. My gf just got one for the same purpose and it seems very good but I've not used it extensively myself (have a 3008wfp). Definitely worth going for something that's 16:10, vertical pixels are worth their weight in gold for photo editing.

The other thing that caught my eye in this sort of category was the HP ZR24W which is currently £160 refurbished on ebay, but not sure what the sellers are like with regard to dead pixels etc.
