Best Budget SILENT case?

Looking for a quiet case for a friend - Think the sonata III may be a bit over budget - anything else good?

It's what goes in the case that makes the difference, really... On a budget you'd be better off with a cheap case and expensive "silent" fans and cooling..?

Steel cases have better damping than aluminium, also ignore anything with restricted fan inlets as it'll create more turbulence (noise).

Antec solo is a save bet - but as the guys above said it's the inards that make the noise
