Best build quality + looks android phone

I know this is down to personal opinion, but I just wanted to know the contenders.

I currently have a Nexus 4 and whilst I like Android, it doesn't look or feel great (if that makes sense).

So what are the suggestions?
 
Buy a HTC One then or a IPhone if you want top draw feel in the hand. Personally after owning a few HTC and Samsung phones, I rather rate my Nexus 4, but each to there own.
 
I would say nexus 4 or HTC one... but if you think the nexus 4 feels naff you might be happier with an iPhone 4S (the 5 feels nowhere near as premium in my opinion).
 
My vote goes for the xperia z. I was new to smartphones and figured id be happy with any premium phone performance wiae, so decided that I would go for the phone I thought looked the nicest.
 
Used and saw the top 3 flagships and i have to say looks htc one wins, build quality xperia z. The one is also the nicest to hold in the hand.
 
oppo does win over the Z - its what i've got on order :)

but Z is water proof, plus its sony(a lot of people will be put off by oppo being "Chinese" and worried about support) and Z has SD slot, where oppo either comes in 16 or 32 gb flavor.

You kind of answered your own question unfortunately, as nobody can tell you whats the best built phone and most appealing phone; it's personal preference. Get yourself down to a phone shop and check them out in person then decide :)
