ThermalTake Pure Power 560 watt
3200+ cpu Socket 754
Gigabyte k8ne PCI-E
2GB Geil
HiS X800 GTO @ X850 XT PE +

Have 220 max to spend.

asrock 939dual if agp is needed as well as pciex
asrock 939sli if you dont need agp and want sli
opteron 146 + artic freezer 64

should come into your budget nicely.

probably the 146 if you overclock it high enough, they seem to do abit more than the x2's.
but then if you want to be overclocking the **** off it, youd be better with a dfi lanparty sli board, due to having to faff about going over 274fsb with the asrock boards.

imo, the dual core X2 3800+ would be a better longer term CPU, with more games / apps being patched or made to support dual core. with Q4 for example you can get up to 60% improvements with the dual core patch
