Best camera phone for £200 or less?

My son is after a new phone, his budget is £200, don't mind if it's apple or android (just not windows), he just wants a decent camera as he vlogs.

What are his options? used or second hand is also fine.

£30 nokia 3310 and £170 camera.

camera phones will never replace proper cameras for quality. they are for ease of use and not have to carry multiple things around with you.
