Best card at various price points

Nephew had a 2400g but wants to upgrade to video card, he is 15 so it will be his parents finding it. What are the best card at different price points?

There's a 570 at 120, performance starts to drop off massively much lower than this.

Below £100 your best looking at used:

R9 290x/390x/ Rx470/480/570/580 can all be had between £50-£100 depending on vram amount and model.

Below £50 then 7970/280x are the obvious choice, and are still a massive upgrade over a 2400g integrated graphics.

That 590 at £150 is a Billy bargain. Great 1080p performance.
