Hey guys, im looking to upgrade my graphic card and not sure what to go for. My budget would be around £130. Not sure whether to go for ATI or NVIDIA. I currently have an ASUS EN9500GT really anything would be a big improvement lol.

Would be running it with a Quad core Q8300 @ 3GHz, 5G RAM.

Would also be running it on a 22" monitor at 1024x960
 
22inch monitor at 1024x960? Is it a TV?

Anyway... most should agree, a 460gtx will be great for you. And a 768mb oc'd would prob give you the best power/money ratio when you're playing at such low res.

Yeah an old, unreliable 4870x2 is the way to go.

Cyclone has better cooling than ASUS one i do believe :)
 
At the OP's resolution is there any point in spending the whole £130? A 512mb 5750 or 450 may be fine. Otherwise the cheapest 460/5850/6850.

Whats xfire scaling like at that res anyhow?
 
Why such a low res?
Surely you can at least use 1280x1024??

Anyway, id say stretch the little extra and get teh 6850 or 460GTX 1GB, both mentioned above.
