best card for 150?

Currently using card as per my sig, has served me well, but looking to play crysis when i upgrade to vista :S

ATI or Nvid it doesnt really matter, not gonna be using linux so its not a compatibility issue.

Also needs to work with my lovely enermax psu, which i refuse to part with.
